The final scope, price, and schedule for any project are set out in your written estimate or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with anything on this website.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

• Opt-in. You may opt in by checking a consent box on our opt-in form, or by otherwise providing your number and agreeing to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message types. Non-marketing messages cover scheduling, estimate confirmations, project updates, and service notifications. Marketing messages (offers, discounts, seasonal promotions) are sent only if you separately opt in.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your project and preferences.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

5. Payments & Deposits

Projects may require a deposit to reserve your place on our schedule. We accept payment by credit card, ACH bank transfer, or check as described in your estimate. Payment terms, including balances due, are set out in your written agreement.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. All content, including our logo, name, and branding, belongs to Bates Brothers Painting LLC and may not be used without permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bates Brothers Painting LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
